🌿  Adults

Major life changes—such as career shifts, divorce, parenthood, loss, or relocation—can be stressful for anyone. But for adults living with psychosis or obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), these transitions can be especially challenging. Stress may worsen symptoms like hallucinations, suspicious thoughts, or compulsive rituals, making it harder to stay balanced and connected during times of change.

At TRACE Behavioral Health, I specialize in supporting adults with psychosis or OCD as they navigate these pivotal life moments. Using evidence-based therapies—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for psychosis (CBTp) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD—I help clients manage symptoms, reduce distress, and strengthen coping skills.

The goal is not just symptom relief, but recovery: rebuilding independence, restoring work-life balance, and finding dignity and stability even in the midst of transition.
